Before we arrange for heating engineers to come out to the property, we need to know the nature of the fault. Some problems can be easily rectified by either us or you. To do this we need some basic information:
  1. Firstly, please check that the the boiler pressure is in the green zone [photo]. If not, go to the House Manual and find out how to increase the pressure, or contact us and we’ll do it.
  2. Turn the heating control to 24H (permanently on). Does the heating come on?
  3. Turn the thermostat in the hallway full on.
Having done the above, if the heating still doesn’t come on, contact us straight away.
